WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We do not reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement within 14 days of receipt. Custom items that have gone through final approval with the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a representative to have been incorrect.
IS MY RETAINER REFUNDABLE?
The retainer required to hold the date and time is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. However, the deposit does go towards services rendered and will be deducted from the balance owed.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL HOURS TO MY RENTALS?
Selecting the desired amount of hours you would like the rental for is ideal during initial booking. It's not a guarantee additional hours will/can be granted at a later time. If you need additional time feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to check for availability.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we offer gift cards which can be purchased for yourself or as a gift to someone else.
