SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Items will be shipped using USPS and the transit speed chosen during checkout.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Sincerely Nia Designs & Entertainment LLC to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Sincerely Nia Designs & Entertainment LLC reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Sincerely Nia Designs & Entertainment LLC as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to us.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product for predesigned items, you may return your purchase for a replacement within 14 days of receipt. Custom made items that have gone through final approval with the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to us. In many cases, the replacement, can be made as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may be required to return to Sincerely Nia Designs & Entertainment LLC for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
For photo booth rental services, any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time, or location, retainer shall be forfeited and no photo booth services will be provided. Any cancellation occurring less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.
